Background

Josh Hatcher brings championship-level college experience and professional baseball credibility to FDRS. He was a member of Mississippi State’s 2021 National Championship team and later transferred to Kennesaw State, where he became an All-American, was named ASUN Tournament MVP, and led the nation in hits and doubles. A two-time MLB Draft Pick, Josh signed professionally in the 10th round of the 2022 MLB Draft and spent six years in professional baseball. He now uses that experience—and the relationships he built throughout the game—to help players and families make confident recruiting decisions.

He played on a National Championship roster at Mississippi State and produced nationally at Kennesaw State.

He was drafted and signed into professional baseball, gaining firsthand perspective on evaluation and placement.

He built relationships across college and pro baseball that support targeted recruiting outreach.

How this helps families

Josh brings a unique view of what coaches and evaluators actually look for, and he helps families turn that into a real plan—who to contact, when to contact them, how to position the player, and how to pursue the best opportunities that match both baseball and future goals.
