The Orihuela Family

While we used other platforms at the beginning of the recruiting process for our son, none compared to the individualized attention we received once we sought the assistance of Mike Silvestri and his team at Florida Diamond Recruiting Services (FDRS).

Once FDRS became part of our team, the recruiting process and interest from potential college baseball programs started to take traction. We consider FDRS’ networking and ability to personally highlight our son’s skills to college coaches, as the key factor and characteristic not generally found in other recruiting services we encountered.

FDRS’ attention to geographic, athletic, most importantly academic goals are second to none. Tirelessly using these objectives, they identified a path never deviating from the course, which at times can be overwhelming for families when navigating recruiting alone.

The FDRS’ team’s honesty and willingness to answer calls at all times was clear evidence they were on the job 24/7 in getting our son matched up with the proper learning institution, that would allow him to find successes in both his academic and athletic careers.
