Florida Diamond Recruiting Services (FDRS) takes professionalism to another level. When our son entered the transfer portal in 2023, we were nervous about the outcome of that decision. We researched and spoke to a few different consulting firms concerning the transfer process before deciding to work with FDRS. What we liked most about FDRS is that before they allowed us to pay a fee for the service, they wanted to feel reasonably certain that they could actually help our son find a new home. They accomplished this by going above and beyond to get to know him and to gain a deep understanding of the circumstances surrounding his situation. Additionally, they conducted a very good academic and athletic evaluation so they could ultimately match him with a school that best suited his needs. Once they decided to take our child into the program, they became an advocate making calls all over the US, directly to head coaches, on our child’s behalf. Thanks to Mike and his team, our son was able to find a great opportunity to continue his baseball career in South Florida.
