Tommy Dueñas is a former professional baseball player, former multi-business owner, business & fundraising consultant, former college baseball coach across multiple college levels, and current Amateur Scout for an MLB organization.
He is an MBTI & MMTIC Certified Practitioner and Certified Mental Coach certification. With the experience and knowledge gained throughout these endeavors, he now shares his passion by helping others with their mindset journey.

His journey continued through the ranks of college coaching across multiple levels and now as an amateur scout for a Major League Baseball organization, where he evaluates top talent and understands what it takes to play at the next level.
