My name is Robert Kramer, and I am senior catcher from Monsignor Edward Pace High School who will be playing baseball at Indian River State College this fall. I credit Florida Diamond Recruitment Services (FDRS) for making this happen. Mike and Chris at FDRS helped me find the right college through their guidance in this process.
The process started in the summer of 2023 when my parents contacted FDRS. Chris and Mike evaluated me both at my high school and summer games by recording my hitting, pop-time, and base running. Chris also communicated with my hitting coach at Hitting 365 to get updates on my development. We had a phone conference with my parents and myself to discuss areas for improvement and the best college options based on myacademic and career goals.
FDRS then provided a list of suitable colleges and helped mefind a summer team. They facilitated contact with colleges and arranged for me to attend showcase camps. Even after Icommitted to IRSC, FDRS has continued to support me by attending my high school games, providing feedback, connecting me with a flexibility coach, and sending encouraging messages after games. I am extremely grateful to FDRS for helping him achieve my dream of playing college baseball. The best part about FDRS is that even after you are signed they still take the time to reach out and make sure that your baseball is at its best.
