These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy explain how P&M Sports Consulting LLC,
doing business as Florida Diamond Recruiting Services, provides recruiting services,
manages athlete information, communicates with families, and protects user data.
Important Notice
These terms are designed for the FDRS website, player profiles, recruiting services,
digital tools, communications, packages, subscriptions, and related recruiting support.
Families should review this page carefully before purchasing services or creating an account.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, purchasing, or using Florida Diamond Recruiting Services
(“FDRS”), operated by P&M Sports Consulting LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this website, create an
account, submit athlete information, purchase a package, or use any FDRS service.
These terms apply to all users, including athletes, parents, guardians, coaches, recruiters,
subscribers, visitors, and any other person who accesses or uses FDRS services.
2Services Provided
P&M Sports Consulting LLC provides recruiting services under the Florida Diamond Recruiting Services
brand. FDRS services may include, but are not limited to:
- Player profile creation, hosting, editing, and public or private profile sharing.
- Recruiting consultation, player evaluation, and college-fit guidance.
- Access to player portals, recruiting tools, performance data, and profile management features.
- College database access, recruiting research tools, coach contact information, and school-fit resources.
- Communication support for outreach to college coaches, recruiters, programs, and related baseball or softball contacts.
- Showcase, event, workout, tournament, camp, or league registration support where applicable.
- Subscription-based access to certain tools, databases, profiles, or recruiting resources.
- Social media, video, profile, or digital presentation support for recruiting purposes.
Packages, pricing, service features, deliverables, and timelines may be described on the FDRS website
or in separate written communications. FDRS may update, modify, pause, discontinue, or replace services
at any time.
FDRS provides recruiting guidance and support. FDRS does not guarantee college placement,
scholarship offers, roster spots, admissions decisions, coach responses, or recruiting outcomes.
3Eligibility & Minors
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or submit personal information through FDRS.
If an athlete is under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must consent to the athlete’s use of
FDRS services and submission of athlete information.
By creating an account, purchasing a package, submitting player information, or allowing a minor athlete
to use FDRS, the parent or legal guardian represents that they have the authority to provide consent on
behalf of the minor athlete.
FDRS may request parent or guardian involvement when athlete data, payments, media, recruiting outreach,
SMS messaging, or player profile publication are involved.
4Account Registration
Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information when registering, purchasing,
submitting forms, or communicating with FDRS. This may include athlete information, parent or guardian
contact information, academic information, athletic information, recruiting preferences, videos,
statistics, schedules, and related materials.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity
under their account. FDRS is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by a user’s failure to
secure account information.
FDRS may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that contain false information, inappropriate content,
suspected misuse, payment issues, or conduct that violates these terms.
5Payments, Packages & Subscriptions
Certain FDRS services require payment. By purchasing a recruiting package, profile package, subscription,
event registration, service add-on, or other paid product, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
Unless specifically stated in writing, payments are non-refundable. Subscription services may renew
automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Users are responsible for reviewing package terms,
renewal details, billing frequency, and cancellation requirements before purchasing.
- FDRS may use third-party payment processors to collect and manage payments.
- Prices and package features may change without notice.
- Failure to pay required fees may result in restricted access, paused services, or account suspension.
- Chargebacks, disputed payments, or unpaid balances may delay or terminate service delivery.
6User Content, Player Profiles & Media
Users may upload, submit, or provide player information, statistics, academic details, recruiting videos,
photos, schedules, references, coach contact information, social media links, and other recruiting materials.
This content may be used to create, update, display, share, and promote athlete recruiting profiles.
By submitting content to FDRS, you grant P&M Sports Consulting LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free,
worldwide license to use, display, host, reproduce, edit, distribute, share, and promote such content for
recruiting, marketing, profile, communication, and service-related purposes.
You represent that you have the right to submit all materials provided to FDRS, including videos, images,
statistics, likenesses, logos, written content, and third-party links.
Player Profiles
Profiles may be viewed by coaches, scouts, recruiters, families, FDRS staff, and approved users.
Videos & Images
Videos, photos, graphics, and profile assets may be used to support recruiting visibility.
Statistics & Metrics
Submitted athletic data may be displayed, analyzed, or used for recruiting guidance.
Accuracy
Users are responsible for making sure submitted data is accurate and current.
7Privacy Policy
FDRS collects information needed to provide recruiting services, manage athlete profiles, communicate
with users, process payments, support accounts, and improve the platform.
Information We May Collect
- Athlete name, graduation year, position, sport, school, team, and recruiting status.
- Parent or guardian names, phone numbers, email addresses, and account information.
- Academic information, including GPA, test scores, intended major, transcripts, or academic notes when provided.
- Athletic information, including height, weight, velocity, exit velocity, pop time, speed, statistics, videos, and schedules.
- Recruiting preferences, school interests, target lists, coach communication history, and profile activity.
- Payment, billing, subscription, and purchase information processed through third-party systems.
- Website usage data, form submissions, cookies, device data, and analytics information.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage recruiting profiles.
- To provide recruiting consultation, college-fit guidance, and outreach support.
- To communicate with athletes, parents, guardians, coaches, recruiters, and subscribers.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To improve the website, platform, services, forms, emails, SMS messages, and user experience.
- To promote athlete visibility when profile sharing or recruiting exposure is part of the service.

How Information May Be Shared
FDRS may share athlete recruiting information with college coaches, recruiters, scouts, evaluators,
programs, service providers, technology vendors, payment processors, and other parties involved in
delivering FDRS services. FDRS does not sell personal information to advertisers.
Data Security
FDRS uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect user information.
However, no website, platform, email system, SMS system, or online service can guarantee complete security.
Data Updates & Removal Requests
Users may request updates, corrections, or removal of certain account or profile information by contacting
FDRS. Some information may need to be retained for legal, payment, operational, or recordkeeping purposes.
8SMS, Email & Recruiting Communications
By submitting a phone number, creating an account, purchasing services, registering for an event,
completing a form, or opting in to communications, you authorize FDRS to contact you by phone, email,
text message, or other communication methods related to recruiting services, profile updates, events,
account activity, packages, reminders, support, and promotional opportunities.
SMS Messaging Terms
- Message frequency may vary based on account activity, recruiting services, events, reminders, and user engagement.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Text STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages where supported.
- Text HELP for help where supported, or contact FDRS directly at info@fldrs.net.
- Opting out of SMS may limit FDRS’s ability to provide reminders, updates, or recruiting-related communications.
Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing FDRS services.
Transactional, account, service, or recruiting-related communications may still be sent as needed to
provide services or manage an existing relationship.
Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. FDRS is not responsible for message
delivery failures caused by carrier issues, device settings, incorrect phone numbers, blocked messages,
or unavailable service.
FDRS may use SMS and email to support recruiting timelines, player profile updates, event reminders,
school-fit conversations, parent communication, and service-related follow-up.
9Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to misuse the FDRS website, services, tools, data, profiles, coach information, or
communication systems.
- Do not submit false, misleading, offensive, harmful, or unauthorized content.
- Do not harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, or misrepresent another person or organization.
- Do not attempt to breach website security, scrape protected data, reverse engineer systems, or interfere with platform operations.
- Do not use coach contact information for spam, resale, harassment, or unrelated commercial solicitation.
- Do not upload content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable law.
- Do not use FDRS for purposes unrelated to athletic recruiting, player development, or permitted service use.
10NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA & Recruiting Compliance
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of FDRS services complies with applicable NCAA, NAIA,
NJCAA, conference, school, state association, high school, travel ball, amateurism, transfer, eligibility,
and recruiting rules.
FDRS may provide guidance, tools, data, and recruiting support, but FDRS does not provide legal advice,
eligibility rulings, admissions decisions, scholarship decisions, or compliance clearance.
P&M Sports Consulting LLC is not responsible for eligibility impacts, recruiting consequences,
admissions outcomes, or other results arising from a user’s decisions, communications, submissions,
or use of FDRS services.
11Suspension & Termination
FDRS may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to accounts, subscriptions, profiles, tools, or services
at its discretion if a user violates these terms, submits false information, fails to pay required fees,
misuses the platform, engages in prohibited conduct, or creates risk for FDRS, athletes, families,
coaches, recruiters, or other users.
Termination may result in loss of account access, profile visibility, subscription access, service
delivery, saved information, and communication privileges.
12Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
FDRS provides recruiting support, educational information, technology tools, player profiles, and
guidance. FDRS does not guarantee recruitment, scholarship offers, college placement, admissions,
playing time, roster spots, coach responses, rankings, exposure results, event performance, or any
specific athletic or academic outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, P&M Sports Consulting LLC, its owners, staff, contractors,
partners, affiliates, service providers, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental,
consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages arising from the use of FDRS services.
13Changes to These Terms
FDRS may update, revise, or replace these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time. Updates may
be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website, services,
profiles, accounts, subscriptions, SMS programs, or recruiting tools after updates are posted means you
accept the revised terms.
