By accessing or using the Florida Diamond Recruiting Services (“FDRS”), operated by P&M Sports Consulting LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

P&M Sports Consulting LLC provides recruiting services under the FDRS brand, including but not limited to:

• Player profile creation and hosting

• Recruiting consultation and evaluations

• Access to a player portal with performance analytics

• College coach and recruiter connections

• Showcase and event registrations

• Subscription-based recruiter memberships

Packages, pricing, and service features are described on our website and may be updated without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent to your participation.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Some services require payment. By purchasing a package or subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Subscription services will auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

6. User Content

You may upload player statistics, videos, and other recruiting materials. You grant P&M Sports Consulting LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, share, and promote this content for recruiting purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload such materials.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or offensive content

• Harass or abuse other users

• Attempt to breach website security

• Use the service for purposes unrelated to athletic recruiting

8. NCAA and Regulatory Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of FDRS services complies with NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, and other governing body rules. P&M Sports Consulting LLC is not responsible for any eligibility impacts arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

P&M Sports Consulting LLC is not responsible for any outcomes of the recruiting process, including but not limited to college placement, scholarships, or offers. We do not guarantee recruitment results.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting revised terms on our website. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
